Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delivery Issues
