Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you'd like to return and choose a reason.

Print Your Label

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking receipt for your records.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free! Start an exchange from your account and we'll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference automatically.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement right away — no need to wait for us to receive the original.
